Homely Stretch is a company that aims to achieve wellness and comfort throughout the body. We provide home therapy services to individuals of all ages in the comfort of your home or office. Our goal is to assist clients with early intervention, range of motion, flexibility, physical activity, awareness and wellness through a customized exercise program. We assist with exercise needs and programs as well as implement new programs of exercises that will promote the wellness that we strive for while helping you achieve a healthier lifestyle. Homely Stretch is not only a service but also offers additional products that can help improve common therapeutic issues.

WELLNESS

The definition of wellness is stated to be: The state or condition of being in good physical and mental health; The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind.

The definition of Therapy is: Therapeutic treatment especially of bodily, mental, or behavioral disorder.

HISTORY

In late 2010, the Homely Stretch Company was founded by James Berko. Through the study of Exercise Physiology and Physical Education, Mr. Berko has developed a strong interest and passion for helping people overcome difficulties with physical and psychological setbacks. Mr. Berko has acquired a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and Physical Education. Mr Berko entered the therapeutic field in 2003 where he has been working alongside various therapists including: physical, occupational, and speech therapists. He understands the necessity for wellness within a person's life and is the driving force behind creating Homely Stretch.
